We currently offer a 50 week lease that is divided into twelve equal installments.

We have 4 Bedroom/4 Bath and 2 Bedroom/2 Bath apartments.

We are 3/4 of a mile from the University of West Georgia.

Rates for the 2011-2012 lease term are as follows: 4bedroom/4bathroom: $389.00 per room 2bedroom/2bathroom: $489.00 per room

All you have to do is find an individual that meets our leasing criteria and you will be able to reassign your lease to that person. There is a $200 reassignment fee that goes along with this option.

Yes, when filling out your housing application be sure to complete the roommate matching profile where you are allowed to list a roommate and/or apartment preference at the top of the page. Our staff makes the best effort to try and accommodate these requests; however, please be aware that we are not always able to accommodate every request. The earlier you apply and sign your lease the better chance you have to get the roommates and apartment preferences you want.

Ample parking is available to all residents with room to spare for visitors.

We offer an all inclusive package which includes water, sewer, trash, electricity, cable, and internet service. Please note that there is a $140 monthly electricity cap on all 4-bedrom/bath units and a $90 monthly electricity cap on all 2-bedroom/bath. If you go over your units electricity cap the difference will be billed equally to all residents of the unit.

For most applicants no deposit is required as long as you have an approved guarantor. All you have to pay is a one time non-refundable application and service fee. For those applicants that are unable to secure an approved guarantor or do not wish to have a guarantor, you can put down a deposit to be your own guarantor. We will accept in lieu of guarantor a refundable deposit of three (3) month's rent.

Great News! River Pointe added a new feature that lets you pay online! View your balance, submit electronic checks, or pay with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover from any computer. Just log on to our website www.riveruwga.com and click the "Pay Rent" link located at the top right corner of the page. This will take you to our resident rent pay portal. *Please be aware that there will be a convenience charge based on the payment option you choose.

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer a billing reminder & alert program. All you have to remember though is that rent is due at the 1st of each month.

All residents are required to obtain an approved guarantor unless they are choosing to pay a deposit in lieu of a guarantor. Guarantors must be at least 25 years of age, reside in the United States, & preferably be a family member.

If you are moving in during the current lease term your first payment is due no later then your move-in day. If you are moving in for the 2011-12 lease term on August 9, 2010 then your first payment is due by July 15, 2011.

We offer full-size beds complete with box-spring and mattress.

Absolutely! We encourage residents to make themselves at home.

We offer internet service in every bedroom so all you need is an Ethernet cable to plug into the wall. The clubhouse has wireless internet however all the apartments are wired internet. COMING SOON. WIFI to the Entire Community.
